From the time of entry through final date of prize fulfillment you must be a lawful permanent U.S. citizen and resident residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all U.S. Territories and Possessions and all Overseas Military Installations) and be thirteen (13) years of age or older as of April 17, 2008.
